Building on the foundation laid in the Jamback Fundamentals Course, this advanced program dives deeper into the art and strategy behind music production and industry success. With Jamback leading the charge and real-world mentorship from Litmus, known for his infectious grooves, acid basslines, and live performance chops, and Boss Priester, a house and garage heavyweight with deep expertise in Ableton and a sharp sense for club-ready sound design, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools to elevate your craft. These artists, both having taught at MPA before, bring hands-on experience and industry insights to help shape you into a fully realized, independent musician ready to thrive in today’s music landscape.

The course includes everything from production, sound design and arrangement to artist development, how to get gigs, releasing at labels (or yourself) and making it as an artist in the house industry.
Learn directly from A-artists in the house industry, sharing their tips and tricks, their production techniques and plugins and giving direct feedback on your tracks. Jamback, Boss Priester and Litmus will all give a similar amount of lessons.
Meet like-minded producers and start a community in which you share tracks, tips and tricks and help each other in your career.

FAQ
Which days will the course take place?
The course takes place on Thursdays from 19:00-22:00.
Do I get a Diploma AT THE END OF THE COURSE?
Yes! All graduates receive a diploma at their graduation ceremony.
How much DOES THE course COST?
350 per month (for 4 months) or 1350,- (one-time payment)
What language will the course be in?
If all students speak Dutch, the course will be in Dutch (except for Litmus’ guest lessons). If there are English-speaking students, the entire course will be given in English.
Will there be room for personal feedback?
Absolutely! There’s plenty of time for personal questions, track feedback, and help with your individual challenges—both technical and career-related.
What DAW will be used during the course?
The course is taught in Ableton Live 12.
If you use a different DAW, you’re still welcome to join. Just make sure you already know it well, so you can apply the practical tips, sound design techniques, and track feedback to your own workflow.
What is the level of the course?
This is not a beginner course. You should already be able to create complete tracks. The course is for producers who want to take the next step:
- Get their music ready to sign with bigger labels
- Improve sound design, arrangement, mixing or mastering
- Receive professional feedback and direction
- Want to connect and network with A-artists and other house producers
- Develop an artist mindset and strategy
Will there be a summer break?
We have not decided yet, but possibly not. If there’s a Thursday where many students can’t attend, that session will be skipped. But don’t worry—every student gets one extra private session to ensure you stay on track. Missed a lesson? You can catch up during your 1-on-1.
